Returning an item

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Start from Your orders; you do not need to contact us first.

How to return

Open the order, choose Return items and tell us why. Show the QR code at any drop-off point.

Drop-off points

Any post office, and 1,200 partner shops in Java and Bali.

Opening hours

Most partner shops are open 08:00 to 21:00.

Hours may be shorter; check the shop page.
