Returning an item

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start from Your orders; you do not need to contact us first.

How to return an item

1. Open Your orders and choose the order.
2. Tap Return items, pick the items and tell us why.
3. Show the QR code at any drop-off point, or print the label.
4. Keep the receipt until your refund arrives.

Items bought at a reduced price are refunded at the price you paid.
